Hi, I'm Lexi.
I built and scaled WAXON Laser + Waxbar from the ground up into a national franchise before selling the company in 2025. That journey gave me a front-row education in what it really takes to build something that lasts — discipline, ownership, and the ability to make clear decisions through seasons of growth and uncertainty.
Through it all, I kept coming back to one truth.
The clearest decisions I ever made were the ones rooted in my values. The hardest ones were the moments I had drifted from them.
People often ask me how I "do it all." The truth is, I don't. What I do have is a very clear set of values that guide how I make decisions, what I say yes to, and what I walk away from.
